~Morning walk and outdoor free play, all weather.
~Circle time for songs and movement games
~Snack preparation and chores
~Outdoor play and participation in chores and gardening work
~Traditional arts
~Classroom free play depending on weather
AFTERNOON REST
12:30-3:30
Lunch (brought from home)
Rest in darkened room

Monday – Apple Day with oatmeal (bring an apple!)
Tuesday – Soup Day: (bring a vegetable, squash or can of beans!) with bread and butter
Wednesday – Millet Muffin Day with fruit
Thursday – Bread Day with cheese
Friday - TBA
DAILY ACTIVITY
Monday – Grain grinding and painting
Tuesdays – Vegetable washing and chopping and clay molding
Wednesday – Baking and fiber arts
Thursday – Bread making and drawing
Friday – TBA
We are able to accommodate most food requests.
Changes to our rhythm may occur as needed depending on our group, or as needed daily and seasonally.
